Dissatisfaction with the government’s actions is a constant in Brazil. The search for someone to blame has taken up much of the media and social networks, especially since the Lava Jato investigation. But is there ONE culprit? What has that search actually contributed to Brazil’s development, or to reducing corruption or incompetence among those in office?
