Article on life projects passes 200 reads

The article “A family tree of professions: a strategy for building adolescents’ life projects”, published in Revista Intellectus, had been read more than 200 times by March 2020. The article is one of the outcomes of the master’s thesis by psychologist and educational psychologist Patrick Pereira.

The master’s was supervised by Prof. Dr. Letícia Lovato Dellazzana-Zanon, of PUC-Campinas, and took positive psychology as its guiding framework — a relatively recent scientific approach that shapes much of the work at Espaço EscutArte.

Having an article published in a journal as well regarded as Intellectus is a strong sign of recognition, and seeing that it is proving useful to so many people is very satisfying. The times we are living through show, more than ever, how much scientific research matters to building a better world — positive psychology especially.
